Return and refund policy:
The buyer has 14 days to return a product for a full refund. Conditions for returns are that the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must be intact. The return period starts when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. If a refund is requested, a receipt for the purchase must be included. If the product was received as a gift or the receipt is not available, the product is refunded in the form of store credit. The customer is responsible for returning the product to Fittofly, or sending it back via Dropp/Posturinn. Return shipping costs are added according to Dropp’s price list and vary by region.

Product exchanges:
If a customer wishes to exchange/return a non-defective product for another product or receive store credit/refund, the customer must return the product to Fittofly at their own expense.
If Dropp or Posturinn is used, the customer must pay the return/shipping cost, which can also be deducted from the store credit.
Defective product:
If the customer receives a defective product, they are offered a new product in exchange. If the product is not in stock, it is fully refunded or the customer is offered a similar product in exchange. Return/shipping costs are the responsibility of Fittofly .
Prices, taxes, and fees:
Please note that all prices listed in the online store include 24% VAT. Prices are subject to errors or printing mistakes, and Fittofly reserves the right to cancel orders due to incorrect price information. Prices may change without notice.
Payments:
Payments by card are processed through the secure payment gateway Teya (teya.is), which has received PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security certification.
Confidentiality:
Fittofly ehf. guarantees full confidentiality of all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
Law and jurisdiction:
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from it shall be resolved before the District Court of Reykjavik.
